What we collect
We process sign-in details, profile preferences, chat content, usage counts and subscription records. Optional trading connections require API credentials or authorization tokens, stored encrypted on the server, plus account balances, positions, limits and order history. Never enter broker passwords or API keys in chat. We do not collect card numbers.
Why we use it
We use data to provide market information, personalize explanations, enforce usage limits, manage memberships and operate the service.
Who receives it
Hosting, account, database, anti-bot, payment, AI and market-data providers process information required for their services. Questions are sent to Google Gemini. In free AI mode, stored profile preferences and connected account snapshots are not sent. Google may use free-service questions and answers to improve its products; do not submit personal, confidential or sensitive information. If private AI processing is enabled on an appropriate paid service, selected profile preferences and a separately opted-in portfolio snapshot may be sent. Credentials are never included. Depending on the service tier, Google may use submitted content to improve its products. Do not enter passwords, API keys or sensitive account details in chat. PayPal handles payment approval; TharwatAI does not collect card numbers.
Emails
We send verification, recovery, welcome, trial and membership service messages. Optional getting-started tips require consent and can be disabled in Preferences or through the unsubscribe link. Your saved language controls follow-up emails.
Preferences on your device
Guest watchlists and language preferences are saved in your browser. Signed-in watchlists can also be stored privately with your account. Watchlists are not a brokerage portfolio. Clearing browser data removes local preferences, not server records.
Trial and abuse prevention
We keep usage counts and an irreversible keyed representation of your email to enforce the trial limit and prevent repeated trial claims. Technical request limits and anti-bot verification protect the service. Recreating an account does not reset a previously claimed trial.
Account requests
Use Preferences to send an account deletion or password-help request to info@tharwatai.com. Requests are tied to the verified signed-in account. We verify ownership before acting. Cancel subscription renewal and pause trading before requesting deletion. Sending a request does not itself cancel billing or delete the account. Some billing, security and legal records may need to be retained. Never send passwords, API keys or verification codes by email.
Your choices
Public market tools use provider data without an account. Trial and paid AI tools require an account. Remove watchlist assets with the star button and change preferences in your workspace. Disable portfolio context to stop sharing account snapshots with the AI provider. Pause trading and disconnect in Trading; also revoke Binance keys directly in Binance. Unresolved orders may need reconciliation before disconnect. Following external links takes you to independent services with their own privacy policies.
Operational data
Requests to load pages and market information pass through the hosting service. This can involve technical data such as your IP address and request logs. Trading credentials are submitted only through the protected connection flow and are not included in customer-visible logs or AI prompts. Order records and security audit events remain after a connection is removed.
