1. The service
TharwatAI provides AI research, market information, watchlists, scenario tools and optional connected trading. Eligible Pro members can submit individually approved orders. Essential and trial accounts cannot execute trades. Available instruments, order types and connections depend on the broker and account. We do not hold funds or guarantee investment outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information. Availability may be restricted by jurisdiction or applicable provider terms.
3. Your authority
Trading requires separate, explicit account authorization, permitted assets, order and rolling daily caps, and an expiry. Every order requires separate confirmation. No scheduled or unattended trade execution is provided. Profile preferences and chat messages never authorize orders. Pause stops future dispatches, not orders already being sent or filled. Order caps exclude broker fees and do not cap investment losses.
4. Trial, fees and renewal
The trial lasts seven days from account creation and includes ten AI requests in total, limited to two per rolling 24 hours. Email verification is required. There is no permanent free plan or automatic trial charge. Essential costs USD 19 monthly; Pro costs USD 49 monthly. Paid subscriptions renew through PayPal until cancelled. Cancel renewal in Membership or PayPal; paid access continues through the paid period. Essential includes 150 requests per rolling 30 days and at most 10 per rolling 24 hours; Pro includes 1,000 and 50 respectively. Pro additionally allows 10 trade-idea requests and 10 broker previews per day; trade ideas also consume AI allowance. Paid plans support one PNG/JPEG screenshot up to 1 MB per request. Submitted AI requests reserve allowance, including requests that cannot be completed. Unused allowance does not roll over. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use TharwatAI to manipulate markets, evade sanctions, trade with stolen credentials, misrepresent ownership, defeat broker controls, or violate applicable laws or third-party terms.
6. Technology risk
Market data, artificial intelligence, networks, broker APIs, and automated systems may be delayed, unavailable, or wrong. TharwatAI does not guarantee execution, price, uptime, profit, or avoidance of loss.
7. Changes and termination
We may suspend access when needed to protect customers, comply with law, respond to a broker requirement, or investigate misuse. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your registered email.
